Rodolfo Wong, Regional Manager LATAM for Bridge Technologies talked to Prensario for the NAB’s edition. They’ll be presents at the convention at the Central Hall, booth C4939.
The executive said that ‘2022 was a year of many challenges. Many countries were coming out of COVID and others still had many restrictions’.
‘The first semester we dedicated to transmitting the message that Bridge Technologies exists; a strong and financially healthy company, which continued to develop solutions according to the evolution of technology and the requirements of our clients. NAB 2022 was the beginning of a marketing and brand positioning campaign aimed at all the countries of the region seeking the Company’s brand recognition’.
‘During the second semester, we went to our most important countries to talk closely with our clients, showing our variety of solutions and our new developments. It allowed us to successfully close 2022, gaining new clients and consolidating our position in the region’, Wong affirmed.
Expectations for 2023
‘We have many tasks to execute and objectives to meet during 2023. So, we will work in parallel in different areas’, Wong explained.
‘We will continue our brand awareness and positioning campaigns in different countries. For this, we are using companies and specialized magazines, such as Prensario, which allow us direct and quick access to priority markets’.
‘Also, we must be closer to our Business Partners and customers. For doing this, we are scheduling training programs and specialized workshops in each country and with our customers, directly’.
Wong added that they will develop new Business Partners to meet the demands of the market, in countries with low presence. ‘And will strengthen the business relationship with our current Business Partners, supporting them in whatever they need to expand their influence in their local markets’.
About our region, the executive said ‘Latin America is evolving due to the influence of regions such as the United States, Europe, and Asia. Video service providers: compressed and non-compressed are migrating their traditional networks to OTT, mainly’.
‘Of course, each of these service providers is subject to the regulations of their country and the demand of their subscribers, so some countries will advance faster than others in this transformation’.
Precisely at this turning point, Bridge Technologies must be present to advise, support and accompany the service providers, so that their transition is as smooth and expeditious as possible.

– ECORDING OPTION FOR VB330 APPLIANCE
The new option enables up to 200 concurrent recordings from the VB330, manually enabled and triggered by any error, or by SCTE35 events.
The buffers are always active so the recording will contain a pre-roll and post-roll around the event itself. Fully searchable in the recorded files with selectable protection of the file for archiving.
