ORION and ORION-OTT
For captioning, Interra Systems is introducing new upgrades to its BATON Captions solution, including RHEL support and the ability to browse and download log files from the web browser, export dictionaries, and perform a database backup before upgrading.
The company has also enhanced its BATON Media Player (BMP), which now includes optimized 4K content playback, additional support for Dolby Atmos storage formats, and more options to review errors.
Interra Systems’ ORION and ORION OTT solutions provide real-time monitoring of IP and OTT streams for live and VOD content. New features added to ORION include support for Dolby Atmos, while new ORION-OTT capabilities introduce support for Nagra and Comcast DRM, and updates to DAI monitoring – post server-side ad insertion (SSAI). Other enhancements comprise monitoring of low-latency streams, more DASH compliance checks, and improved freeze detection.
