The large-scale deployment of Remote OLT (ROLT) for edge fiber access has introduced significant power management challenges for distributed outdoor sites. Unstable power supply and unexpected outages often lead to service interruptions. To ensure long-term service availability, the UPS configuration for all ROLT nodes is urgently required to deliver reliable power backup, reduce outage risks and stabilize end-user network services.
